Provincial Governors

Provincial Governors are Kelandish officials, appointed by the crown, who rule over an area of the country in the place of direct rule by the throne. Unlike Dukes and Duchesses, these governors are not descended from families who originally owned the land they now govern, and are thus do not have the same leeway in the methods of their rule.

All such provinces in Keland lie in the North-East portion of the kingdom, and are each much smaller than any of the duchies.
